Youth Development Program:

Age Group: 6-13 years
Focus: Basic rugby skills, teamwork, catching & passing, defence, attack, rucking and fun.
Training Schedule: Once A Week

Junior Academy:

Age Group: 14-17 years
Focus: Advanced skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning catching & passing, defence, attack, rucking and fun.
Training Schedule: Once A Week.

Coaching Clinics:

For aspiring coaches.
Focus: Coaching techniques, player management, and strategy development.
Schedule: Monthly workshops and ongoing mentorship.
